Course Overview

This activity presents multiple cases of hemoperitoneum of varying etiologies such as gynecologic emergencies, trauma, postoperative, vascular, and complications of liver disease. Cases demonstrate the spectrum of locations and appearance of blood in the abdomen and pelvis. Course instructs attendees about the necessity of utilizing relevant PACS tools to accurately and comprehensively diagnose hemoperitoneum.
